Golden Chariot Mine is located South of Las Vegas, Nevada. Nearest towns are Jean, Nevada,  Goodsprings, Nevada  and Sandy Valley, Nevada. Primary mining in the area included: copper, lead, silver, gold and zinc.

There are a few structures and relics in the area, but we've been seeing closure crews in the area West of Goodsprings and North of Sandy Valley.  This past year, the Golden Chariot Mine and others in the area have been backfilled and foamed shut.  Sad to see that.  It looked like an impressive mine system.
