Rest Mine is located South of Las Vegas, Nevada. Nearest town is Nipton, California. Primary mining in the area included: copper, lead, silver, gold and zinc.

There isn't much to see at the Rest Mine. There were a couple areas off to the sides and in the hills behind that had shallow prospects, but none with any significant depth or interest. The primary working deck was a surface pit operation and featureless.
